Art Therapy

Art therapy uses creative processes and art making to improve and enhance physical, mental and emotional well-being. It is suitable for all ages and life challenges, for individual and group work. Art therapy works by accessing imagination and creativity, which can generate new ways of living, and contribute towards the development of a more integrated sense of self, with increased self awareness and acceptance. As a registered Art Therapist I facilitate art therapy groups and workshops tailored to specific client groups and an organisations needs. No artistic skills are required to participate in art therapy.
